I'm so excited to be on the podcast with you this week for the very, very first episode of 2022! I can hardly believe that we're already here, and that we're in a completely new year. Time just continues to fly by and it blows my mind.
This week, we’re talking about why setting intentions are more effective than setting goals. It might feel a little bit controversial, and it’s definitely an unpopular opinion. But I wanted to bring it to light anyways, because January is the start of new beginnings for a lot of us.
It's the time where we set our new goals, new workout programs, new eating regimens, but one thing that I think we often forget is what our intentions are for the new year.
