A lot of what we want to achieve in life boils down to commitment. How bad do you want that thing you can't stop thinking about? How much dedication do you have to achieve it?

 

This week on the Happiness Happens Podcast, we talk about commitment. What it is, why we want it, why we need it, and certainly how impacts so much that we have or achieve.

 

Even though we can be so committed to something, there are always things that make us fall off course, derail us, or distract us. Once we realize what those things are, we're able to continue on with our commitments as we originally planned. But what if we don't get back on track? Is there a reason why that would happen? There is, and in this episode I give you the reasons why this could happen.

 

We also talk about how to commit to something, what actions do we need to take? Is it accountability? Dedication? A combination of these, or maybe another reason entirely?
